Generations is an advisory practice - not a consulting firm.

I work alongside owners, boards and leadership teams to bring independent thinking, sound judgement and calm challenge at moments that matter.

My work often includes serving on Advisory Boards, alongside strategy days and ongoing advisory support, while decisions remain with owners and boards.
