I facilitate focused strategy days and speak with leadership teams facing change, transition or complexity.

These sessions are often with family-owned businesses, but also with boards and leadership teams in non-family organisations where the stakes are high and clarity is needed.

Sessions are practical, grounded and human - informed by lived experience, not theory.
