I grew up in a near 100-year old family business, later founded and exited my own, and now work alongside owners and leaders facing the same questions I once did.
Over the past 30 years, I’ve worked across ownership, strategy, governance and advisory, largely via my co-pilot® approach - including selling our national business that we started, to a Fortune 500 buyer.
What I bring is not theory. It’s lived experience, perspective and calm.
